FEATURES

• 4:1 Ratio Input to Output Shaft
• Large diameter Output Shaft, oversize Bearing Housing & one piece Worm/Adjustment Shaft construction makes this unit ideal for heavy load applications.
• One Rotation of Adjustment Shaft , while running or stopped, provides approximately 5-1/2˚ Radial Movement of Output Shaft (66.66:1 Ratio).

HOUSINGS

• #A356-T6 high strength and close grained impregnated aluminum alloy castings.

GEARING

• Planetary gears are hardened and precision tooth form ground. Worm gear is a heat treated steel alloy and precision tooth form ground. Worm and Adjustment Shaft are of a one piece construction, hardened steel alloy, and precision thread ground.

SHAFTS

• Hardened and Ground Steel Alloy
• Output Shaft : 1-3/4” Dia.
• Input Shaft : 1-1/8” Dia.
• Adjustment Shaft : 1” Dia. One piece construction with worm

GEAR CAGE

• Ductile Iron

BEARINGS

• Input & Output Shaft are supported by opposed tapered roller bearings.
• Planetary gears run on precision needle bearings.
• Adjustment shaft bearings of oil impregnated bronze.

SEALS

• All shafts & bearings are protected by double lip seals.

LUBRICATION

• AGMA #5EP / ISO 220 gear oil is used in a positive splash system, integral sump, capacity 38 Fl. Oz., with two oil level sight glasses for easy observation. Each Phase Drive is supplied with a breather vent & magnetic oil drain plug.

MOUNTING STYLES

• The G-1600 Phase Drive is available in horizontal, vertical, and inverted mounting styles. There are several shaft arrangements offered, making a total of six mounting styles available.
